By examining a range of Sunni commentaries, the present study analyzes the role of divine command in conferring legitimacy upon Islamic leadership and investigates the views of prominent exegetes such as Ibn Kathir, al-Alusi, Fakhr al-Din al-Razi, and al-Qurtubi. The findings indicate that although some exegetes emphasize consensus (ijmāʿ) and consultation (shūrā) in the selection of the leader of the Muslim community, many others simultaneously associate the legitimacy of political authority with the divine will and command. The results further demonstrate that Sunni exegetes have developed divergent interpretations of divine command in relation to the imamate and the leadership of Muslims. Employing a descriptive-analytical approach, this study shows that divine command continues to constitute a fundamental principle in the legitimation of Islamic leadership within Sunni exegesis and that this concept has directly influenced interpretations of Islamic systems of governance across different historical periods.</p> <p>موضوع امامت و رهبری در تفسیرهای اهل سنت، همواره مورد توجه بوده است، این پژوهش با بررسی تفاسیر مختلف اهل سنت، به تحلیل نقش امر الهی در مشروعیت‌بخشی به رهبری اسلامی پرداخته و دیدگاه‌های مفسران برجسته‌ای همچون ابن کثیر، آلوسی، رازی و قرطبی را بررسی می‌کند، نتایج نشان می‌دهد، علیرغم آن که برخی مفسران بر اجماع و شورا در انتخاب رهبری مسلمانان تأکید می ورزند، در عین حال بسیاری از مفسّران دیگر مشروعیت حکومت را به اراده و دستور الهی مرتبط می‌دانند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مفسّران اهل سنت در برداشت از امر الهی در حوزه امامت و رهبری مسلمانان، گرایش‌های متفاوتی دارند، این پژوهش با رویکردی توصیفی - تحلیلی، نشان می‌دهد که امر الهی همچنان به ‌عنوان یک اصل بنیادین در مشروعیت‌بخشی به رهبری اسلامی در تفاسیر اهل سنت مطرح است و این مفهوم تأثیر مستقیمی بر تحلیل نظام‌های حکومتی اسلامی در ادوار مختلف داشته است.</p> https://journalspe.com/index.php/spe/article/download/237/185
