Journal Article 1405 02 08 Professional ethics is one of the most important foundations for regulating human conduct in occupational and organizational environments and can directly influence professional relationships, social trust, administrative integrity, accountability, and organizational effectiveness. From the perspective of the Holy Qur’an, professional activity is not merely an economic or technical undertaking, but a dimension of human moral responsibility and a sphere for the realization of divine and human values. The present study aims to explain the foundations, principles, and functions of professional ethics from the perspective of the Holy Qur’an through a descriptive-analytical method based on library research. The findings indicate that Qur’anic professional ethics is grounded in fundamental principles such as monotheism, human dignity, freedom of choice, responsibility, justice, and trustworthiness. On this basis, honesty, fulfillment of commitments, fairness, accountability, meritocracy, professional competence, discipline, tolerance, cooperation, transparency, avoidance of corruption, respect for the rights of others, and social and environmental responsibility can be regarded as major components of professional ethics. The Qur’anic approach also demonstrates that professional ethics cannot be reduced to individual virtues alone, since organizational structures, managerial practices, evaluation systems, power relations, and accountability mechanisms significantly affect ethical behavior. Institutionalizing these principles can strengthen trust, reduce corruption, improve organizational justice, enhance service quality, promote cooperative behavior, and reinforce social capital. Overall, the Holy Qur’an provides the foundations for a comprehensive and coherent model of professional ethics in which individual moral development, organizational integrity, and social responsibility are simultaneously emphasized. اخلاق حرفه‌ای یکی از مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های تنظیم رفتار انسان در محیط‌های شغلی و سازمانی است و می‌تواند بر کیفیت روابط حرفه‌ای، اعتماد اجتماعی، سلامت اداری، مسئولیت‌پذیری و کارآمدی سازمان‌ها تأثیر مستقیم داشته باشد. از دیدگاه قرآن مجید، فعالیت حرفه‌ای صرفاً امری اقتصادی یا فنی نیست، بلکه بخشی از مسئولیت اخلاقی انسان و عرصه‌ای برای تحقق ارزش‌های الهی و انسانی به شمار می‌رود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین مبانی، اصول و کارکردهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای از منظر قرآن مجید و با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که اخلاق حرفه‌ای قرآنی بر مبانی بنیادینی همچون توحید، کرامت انسانی، اختیار، مسئولیت، عدالت و امانت استوار است. بر اساس این مبانی، مؤلفه‌هایی نظیر صداقت، امانت‌داری، وفای به عهد، عدالت و انصاف، مسئولیت‌پذیری، شایسته‌سالاری، تخصص، نظم، مدارا، تعاون، شفافیت، پاسخ‌گویی، پرهیز از فساد، احترام به حقوق دیگران و مسئولیت اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی از مهم‌ترین عناصر اخلاق حرفه‌ای محسوب می‌شوند. همچنین، اخلاق حرفه‌ای در رویکرد قرآنی تنها به فضایل فردی محدود نمی‌شود، بلکه ساختارهای سازمانی، شیوه‌های مدیریت، نظام‌های ارزیابی، روابط قدرت و سازوکارهای پاسخ‌گویی را نیز دربرمی‌گیرد. نهادینه‌سازی این اصول می‌تواند موجب تقویت اعتماد، کاهش فساد، افزایش عدالت سازمانی، بهبود کیفیت خدمات، تقویت رفتارهای مشارکتی و ارتقای سرمایه اجتماعی شود. در مجموع، قرآن مجید ظرفیت ارائه الگویی جامع و منسجم برای اخلاق حرفه‌ای دارد که در آن تعالی فردی، سلامت سازمانی و مسئولیت اجتماعی به صورت هم‌زمان مورد توجه قرار می‌گیرند.
