The central issue is whether Sharia should be regarded merely as a collection of separate legal rulings and obligations or as a coherent, purposive structure characterized by internal relations among doctrinal foundations, ethical values, and practical rules. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, the study examines the anthropological, epistemological, and methodological foundations of the systemic character of Sharia. The findings indicate that this systemic character rests on several interrelated foundations: human nature as the stable basis of the addressee of Sharia, guidance as its unifying purpose, the harmony between creation and legislation, the hierarchical relationship among principles, values, general rules, and particular rulings, and the reciprocal connection among belief, morality, and conduct. Accordingly, individual legal rulings cannot be fully understood in isolation from the broader purposes and foundations of religion; rather, each ruling acquires its complete significance through its position within the comprehensive structure of guidance. This perspective also provides a framework for reconciling stability and change in Sharia, since the stability of foundational principles, purposes, and values can coexist with changes in subjects, social circumstances, and forms of implementation. Methodologically, recognizing Sharia as a system requires expanding the horizon of ijtihad beyond the derivation of isolated rulings toward the analysis of relationships among rulings, general principles, purposes, and their systemic consequences. Systematic jurisprudence should therefore not be regarded as a substitute for conventional ijtihad, but as a complementary level of inquiry aimed at uncovering the internal logic of Sharia and reconstructing the relationships among its constituent elements. This approach ultimately presents Sharia as a unified system of guidance in which knowledge, morality, and practice are integrated within a coherent normative structure. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین شریعت به مثابه امری نظام‌مند انجام شده است. مسئله اصلی آن است که آیا شریعت را باید صرفاً مجموعه‌ای از احکام و الزامات پراکنده دانست یا می‌توان آن را منظومه‌ای منسجم، غایت‌مند و دارای روابط درونی میان مبانی اعتقادی، ارزش‌های اخلاقی و احکام عملی تلقی کرد. این پژوهش با رویکردی توصیفی ـ تحلیلی، مبانی انسان‌شناختی، معرفتی و روش‌شناختی نظام‌مندی شریعت را بررسی می‌کند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که نظام‌مندی شریعت بر چند پایه اساسی استوار است: فطرت انسانی به مثابه مبنای ثابت مخاطب شریعت، هدایت به عنوان غایت وحدت‌بخش، هماهنگی میان تکوین و تشریع، وجود سلسله‌مراتب میان اصول، ارزش‌ها، قواعد و احکام، و ارتباط متقابل عقاید، اخلاق و رفتار. بر این اساس، احکام شرعی را نمی‌توان به صورت کاملاً مستقل از اهداف و مبانی کلان دین فهم کرد؛ بلکه هر حکم در جایگاه خاص خود در منظومه هدایت معنا می‌یابد. این نگرش همچنین امکان تبیین نسبت میان ثبات و تغییر در شریعت را فراهم می‌سازد، زیرا ثبات در سطح اصول، غایات و ارزش‌های بنیادی با تحول موضوعات، شرایط و شیوه‌های تحقق آنها قابل جمع است. از منظر روش‌شناختی، پذیرش نظام‌مندی شریعت مستلزم توسعه افق اجتهاد از استنباط احکام منفرد به تحلیل روابط میان احکام، قواعد عام، مقاصد و پیامدهای نظامی آنهاست. در نتیجه، تفقه نظام‌مند جایگزین اجتهاد متعارف نیست، بلکه سطحی تکمیلی برای کشف منطق درونی شریعت و بازسازی ارتباط میان اجزای آن به شمار می‌رود. چنین رویکردی می‌تواند تصویری جامع‌تر از شریعت به عنوان نظامی هدایتی ارائه دهد که معرفت، اخلاق و عمل را در یک ساختار منسجم به یکدیگر پیوند می‌دهد.
