Abstract

This study explores the components of moral justice in Islamic social jurisprudence using grounded theory methodology. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 18 experts in Islamic jurisprudence and ethics and analyzed through three-phase coding. The findings identified three core dimensions: “Equitable Distribution of Resources,” “Preservation of Human Dignity in Social Relations,” and “Ethical Accountability of Rulers.” These dimensions provide a foundation for developing ethical-based jurisprudential approaches to modern social policymaking.
